A traditional pub with strong values, local beers, great food and most importantly a relaxed and infectious atmosphere. A friendly approach ensures a pleasant stay in our B&B barn converted accommodation or a visit to the pub. Diners and Drinkers can enjoy our facilities both inside and out. A roaring log fire, the winter attraction and the water feature in our secluded garden, in the summer.
With great access to public transport and an hour away from everything, choose to stay locally or venture to the coast, to the hills, into the woods or to one of many nearby towns such as Petersfield or Midhurst. There is plenty of history in the local area and surrounding areas with Cowdray Ruins in Midhurst and, Petworth House and Gardens, Goodwood Racecourse, Uppark House and Gardens or take a trip to Queen Elizabeth Country Park for walking, running and cycling. With everything you might need just a walk down the road in the village itself, enjoy Hill Brow, West Sussex, Hampshire and the South Downs National Park.
